Founding partner Jeffrey Wyant, AIA, LEED AP is a skilled project manager and problem solver.  He is directly involved in the conceptual design phase of each project and is adept at synthesizing client expectations and project goals with the realities of the built environment.  With over 25 years of professional experience managing a broad range of project types, he has a proven track record of delivering thoughtfully conceived design responses that remain sensitive to project objectives, scheduling and budget concerns. Jeffrey holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Carnegie Mellon University.  He is a member of the American Institute of Architects, and is registered in the state of Pennsylvania.  

Maria Keares Wyant, RA, LEED AP manages design development and construction documentation for many of the firm's projects.  Having spent numerous years on the development of award-winning educational and institutional projects, she brings an in-depth knowledge of building systems and materials to the firm’s design process.  She approaches each project with clarity of intent and meticulous attention to detail, thoughtfully shaping environments to strengthen and refine project goals.  Maria holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Carnegie Mellon University.  She is NCARB certified, and is a registered architect in the state of Pennsylvania.  

Both partners are well versed in the principles of sustainable design and are LEED accredited professionals through the U.S. Green Building Council.
